Just a couple of reminders regarding the annual meeting.
1. Poster Submission Deadline Extended The deadline for poster submissions has been extended through April 3, 2026. If you or a trainee/colleague have a project or innovation to share, please consider submitting—or forward the link along! Poster acceptances will be sent on a rolling basis, so earlier submissions are encouraged.
2. ADMSEP Award Applications Please consider applying for one of the ADMSEP Awards. Winners will be announced at the Friday evening banquet at the annual meeting. The deadline for submissions is March 31, 2026.
3. ADMSEP Annual Meeting Registration The early bird deadline for annual meeting registration is May 1, 2026. Please click below to register.
4. ADMSEP Annual Meeting Hotel Reservations The link to book your hotel room for ADMSEP is in the recent email message from admsepmembers@groups.io (Fri 3/13/2026 4:00pm). Please contact admsep.council@gmail.com if necessary.
*Please note, we are working on securing more rooms for Wednesday night. If you are having trouble booking that night, please continue to book the remainder of your stay. We will communicate further as rooms open up, and you can edit your stay. We have been assured there are plenty of rooms available.
