ADMSEP Listserv Archives (2005-2025)
As announced Oct 17, 2025, our Listserv account with Dartmouth is being phased out. Starting 11/15/2025 members will no longer be able to send/view email posts to ADMSEP@listserv.dartmouth.edu. Most members have already accepted the invitation to the NEW listserv platform group.io. Please begin using the following email address to send your listserv messages: admsepmembers@groups.io You will also be able to login to the groups.io website and review past conversations within this new listserv. For problems or questions, members can contact our Administrator (admsep.council@gmail.com).
That said, if you wish to review OLD ADMSEP Dartmouth based Listserv discussions (those from 2005-2025), members may review/search our archive file. To access this unabridged text based file containing 20 year of our ADMSEP Listserv discussions, first: a) login to ADMSEP Members Only Area Login b) click the item in the fourth column.
Please note that the formatting of the file is less than ideal, in fact a bit messy at times, but it is the best the Dartmouth IT team could create and export, given the rather dated mid 2000's listserv platform code from whence it came.

Good Morning ADMSEP Members,
We wanted to share a few important updates regarding your membership and our communication systems. Please review the information below carefully:
- Upcoming Transition to a New Listserv Platform
We recently discovered that our administrator can no longer access the current listserv management system. After looking into the issue, we’ve decided to transition to a new listserv provider. The switch will take place this weekend.
Please watch your inbox for an invitation email from Groups.io Notification (admsepmembers+invite). Once you receive it, you’ll be able to accept the invitation and choose how you’d like to receive listserv messages going forward.
The new platform offers several enhanced features that we share more about soon. We think you will love what the new platform has to offer! We will continue using the current listserv in conjunction with the new one for about a month, after which it will be phased out. Once you’ve accepted the invitation, we encourage you to begin using the new platform to send and receive messages.
- Member Portal Login Issues
The Webmaster (G Briscoe) was informed that some members requesting a forgotten password using the "forgot password" button on our ADMSEP Members-Only Portal have not received a temporary password or reset link. He is currently working to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, if you need access to the Members-Only section, please contact us directly at admsep.council@gmail.com. We can manually reset your password so you can log in. We will send a follow-up message once the issue is fully resolved.
