Just a quick reminder about a few exciting things happening across the organization as we lead up to our Annual Meeting this June in Louisville.
1. Poster Submission Deadline Extended The deadline for poster submissions has been extended through April 3, 2026. If you or a trainee/colleague have a project or innovation to share, please consider submitting—or forward the link along! Poster acceptances will be sent on a rolling basis, so earlier submissions are encouraged.

- Call for Council Member Nominations ADMSEP is seeking its next council member. If you’re interested in becoming more involved and helping shape the future of the organization, we encourage you to nominate yourself. Back again this year, members will have the ability to nominate a colleague!

- Clerkship Coordinator Hardship Fund Donations We continue to accept donations for the Clerkship Coordinator’s Hardship Fund. Clerkship administrators are truly the backbone of our clinical rotations and preclinical courses. With increasing budget constraints nationwide, many departments are unable to support coordinators’ travel and registration costs. Later this spring, we will open applications for coordinators requesting support. If you’re able, please consider donating.
