1. Poster Submission Deadline Extended The deadline for poster submissions has been extended through April 3, 2026. If you or a trainee/colleague have a project or innovation to share, please consider submitting—or forward the link along! Poster acceptances will be sent on a rolling basis, so earlier submissions are encouraged.

2. ADMSEP Award Applications Please consider applying for one of the ADMSEP Awards. Winners will be announced at the Friday evening banquet at the annual meeting. The deadline for submissions is March 31, 2026.

3. ADMSEP Annual Meeting Registration The early bird deadline for annual meeting registration is May 1, 2026. Please click below to register.

4. ADMSEP Annual Meeting Hotel Reservations The link to book your hotel room for ADMSEP is in the recent email message from admsepmembers@groups.io (Fri 3/13/2026 4:00pm). Please contact admsep.council@gmail.com if necessary.

*Please note, we are working on securing more rooms for Wednesday night. If you are having trouble booking that night, please continue to book the remainder of your stay. We will communicate further as rooms open up, and you can edit your stay. We have been assured there are plenty of rooms available.

With increasing budget constraints nationwide, many departments are unable to cover travel and registration expenses. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the Clerkship Administrator Hardship Fund application is now open, and all clerkship administrators are encouraged to apply.

Thanks to the efforts of a number of industrious ADMSEP CSI committee members, we now have 4 new eModules ready for viewing (Alcohol UD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Suicide Prevention and Safety Planning, and OCD). Additionally, updates have been made for a number of eModules (Adjustment do, Social Anxiety disorder, Somatic Symptom disorder, ECT, Personality Disorders, QT prolongation, PTSD).

2. Call for Council Member Nominations ADMSEP is seeking its next council member. If you’re interested in becoming more involved and helping shape the future of the organization, we encourage you to nominate yourself. Back again this year, members will have the ability to nominate a colleague!

3. Clerkship Coordinator Hardship Fund Donations We continue to accept donations for the Clerkship Coordinator’s Hardship Fund. Clerkship administrators are truly the backbone of our clinical rotations and preclinical courses. With increasing budget constraints nationwide, many departments are unable to support coordinators’ travel and registration costs. Later this spring, we will open applications for coordinators requesting support. If you’re able, please consider donating.
