We cannot wait to see what everyone is working on. 😊 Last year, we presented some information to optimize submissions at our fall meeting. This guidance has been updated and is downloadable if you are interested. You can unzip the downloaded power point using Winzip or a similar program.

We will also be hosting some office hours in October for anyone who is troubleshooting submission ideas as well, so watch your calendars.

Good Morning ADMSEP Members,

We wanted to share a few important updates regarding your membership and our communication systems. Please review the information below carefully:

1. Upcoming Transition to a New Listserv Platform

We recently discovered that our administrator can no longer access the current listserv management system. After looking into the issue, we’ve decided to transition to a new listserv provider. The switch will take place this weekend.

Please watch your inbox for an invitation email from Groups.io Notification (admsepmembers+invite). Once you receive it, you’ll be able to accept the invitation and choose how you’d like to receive listserv messages going forward.

The new platform offers several enhanced features that we share more about soon. We think you will love what the new platform has to offer! We will continue using the current listserv in conjunction with the new one for about a month, after which it will be phased out. Once you’ve accepted the invitation, we encourage you to begin using the new platform to send and receive messages.

2. Member Portal Login Issues

The Webmaster (G Briscoe) was informed that some members requesting a forgotten password using the "forgot password" button on our ADMSEP Members-Only Portal have not received a temporary password or reset link. He is currently working to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, if you need access to the Members-Only section, please contact us directly at admsep.council@gmail.com. We can manually reset your password so you can log in. We will send a follow-up message once the issue is fully resolved.
