Please note:
We have had a number of people reach out about availability at the hotel, Boston Marriott Cambridge. We have a group of rooms blocked at a conference rate. At any given time, one of the reserved nights can sell out. Wednesday night and Saturday night typically sell out first as there are less rooms available overall.
Once any of the nights sell out, the website automatically shows that the room block is sold out. I am working with Marriott to alleviate this issue, but please know, if you get this error, the block is likely only sold out for one of the nights you selected. Should all rooms sell out, we will communicate that to the membership. If you have any issues reserving your room, please reach out to the hotel directly. They will be able to complete your reservation.
Meeting registration and the hotel block room information:
--Hotel Reservations- the link for the special ADMSEP conference room rate can be found in the ADMSEP listserv message on 3/25/2025, 7am MDT.

Dear ADMSEP Members,
I'm reaching out again today to encourage all members to consider applying for one of our annual awards, to be presented in June at our annual conference in Boston. Descriptions for the awards can be viewed here: ADMSEP Awards
Applications are due 3/31/2025, so there are still have 28 days left to apply
Please see the testimonial below from Dana Raml, our 2023 Recipient of the Devneil Vaidya Junior Faculty Award, describing how receiving one of our awards impacted her career.
It was an incredible honor to receive the ADMSEP Devneil Vaidya Junior Faculty Award. ADMSEP has been an integral part of my career journey, as I have been a member since I was a third-year medical student. I truly feel I have “grown-up” professionally through this organization. The mentorship and support I’ve received, along with opportunities to connect with such dedicated and inspiring educators, have been invaluable. However, because of so many high-quality educators in ADMSEP, I also experienced imposter syndrome when applying for this award. The encouragement from my colleagues at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and within ADMSEP helped me push through those doubts. This recognition has helped my confidence in the psychiatry education scene. It will also be an important part of my promotion and tenure packet when I go up for associate professor. I am incredibly grateful for this award and the ADMSEP organization. -Dana Raml
