Having Trouble getting into the Members Only Area?  Here are some Troubleshooting Tips:

Solution 1:  Remember, it is CaSe SeNsITiVe.  Try it with this in mind.

Solution 2:  Some older browsers may require you to enter your credentials, click ok, then repeat enter them, i.e. enter them twice.

Solution 3:  Your web browser may be pulling up a old (previously stored) version of the web page from your pc's cache.  The old page will not work. This is not something we can "fix" on our end; you must clear your browser cache on your local pc. It takes less than 5 minutes.  Using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6*: 

  1. Close and reopen your web browser
  2. On the top toolbar of the browser, click Tools, then Internet Options:


     

  3. On the General tab, click the Temporary Internet files "delete files" button:

    You will then get a dialogue box asking if you want to delete just the temporary files, or all offline content. Choose the latter and click 'OK'.  then click "Ok":

  4. Go to www.admsep.org (type the address in manually), then click on "Members Only link".  When that page loads, just to be sure it is the latest version, R click somewhere in the center of the web browser window, then L click "Refresh"


  5. Click "ENTER" and type your username and password.  Remember, it is CaSe SensITiVe.
