The types and rates for ADMSEP Membership are:

Active (Voting) Member (benefits include a subscription to Academic Psychiatry, listserv access, ADMSEP Newsletter, & members-only ADMSEP web access)

-$295 US Based

-$350 International Based

Associate (Non-voting) Member (benefits include access to listserv, ADMSEP Newsletter, members-only ADMSEP web access)

-$20 House Officer

-$20 Coordinator/Adminstrator

If you wish to join ADMSEP or renew your membership, you have two methods from which to choose:

1. Paper Application (and paper check payment) Using Adobe Reader*, please download and print the membership application form

2. All Electronic Application and Payment You may use your credit card, debit card or perform a bank money transfer, just as you would as with any other web based purchase. The transaction is handled securely through Paypal.com, thus includes an additional 2.9% Paypal surcharge. Proceed?
