ADMSEP 2010 Mentorship Opp

We are piloting a new mentorship opportunity at this year’s ADMSEP meeting.  If you are an early or mid career educator and interested in a [free] one-on-one session with a more senior level ADMSEP member in order to discuss psychiatric education, program development, student specific issues, promotions, or other areas of interest, this is your chance!

We anticipate the sessions to last ~30-45 minutes and offer a list of mentors who have volunteered to participate (to obtain the list, request from program chair). The list includes a mini-bio from each mentor  to help aid your selection.  We ask that interested mentees pick a mentor from the list and contact them using the corresponding email address. You may work out the timing and details between yourselves.

We wish to avoid competition with meeting workshops and plenary sessions and thus we make the following suggestions regarding the timing of your session:

-Thursday during the Task force meetings (4:30p-6:00p), before the evening reception
-During any of the mealtimes
-During any of the free times
