March 14, 2003

Dear ADMSEP Members and Friends,

We would like to invite you to attend the 29th annual ADMSEP meeting at Jackson Lake Lodge, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, which will begin on Thursday, June 12, 2003 and conclude on Saturday, June 14, 2003. The setting of Jackson Lake Lodge, in Grand Teton National Park overlooking Jackson Lake with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop, is spectacular, and the resort offers many recreational activities, including golf, tennis, hiking, boating, fishing, and horseback riding. As always, a highlight of our meeting is the opportunity for informal discussions among colleagues.

The program, which is enclosed, should be educational, stimulating, and fun. Plenary presentations will focus on a range of topics, including assessment of students and approaches to teaching psychotherapy. Hands-on workshops include making the best use of new technology and pointers from the editor of Academic Psychiatry on writing for publication. This meeting is worth 10 hours of CME.*

Jackson Lake Lodge is holding a block of rooms for ADMSEP that will be available from Wed., June 11, until Sunday, June 15. Rates vary depending on the view from $160 (non-view) and $170 (non-view with patio), to $230 (mountain–view). Make your reservations directly with Jackson Lake Lodge at 800-628-9988 or 307-543-3100. Please note that rooms are being held only until April 28, so your reservations must be made by that time. Information about Jackson Lake Lodge, including detailed travel instructions, is available on the web at http://www.gtlc.com

Please return the enclosed meeting registration form, accompanied by a check payable to ADMSEP for the meeting registration fee, to Janis Cutler by
May 15. The ADMSEP membership form (see enclosed) and annual dues should be returned to Ted Feldmann.

Have a good spring and we look forward to seeing you in Jackson Hole!

Sincerely,

Janis Cutler, M.D.
